EXPERIENCE: How much experience does Echelon have?
Echelon was launched and founded by CSI Aviation Services, Inc. in partnership with Priester Aviation. Our companies have more than 85 years of combined experience and a dedication to safety and customer service.

MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES: What types of membership do you offer?
We offer four levels of membership: Silver, $50,000; Gold, $100,000; Platinum, $250,000; and Black, $500,000. The type of jet you select will determine how many hours will fulfill your membership. JET OPTIONS: What jets do you offer?
We offer small cabin jets with 6-8 seats, midsize cabin jets with 7-9 seats, and large cabin jets with 10-14 seats. All jets have Wyvern/ARGUS safety certification. For more information on our aircraft, please click here.

LOCATION OF FLEET: Where is the fleet based?
We offer jets located throughout the world, with most located domestically.

SAFETY: What is your safety record?
Echelon puts the commitment to safety and service first. All flights are arranged by Echelon and are operated by Priester Aviation or other air carriers licensed to operate under FAR Part 135 who maintain full operational control of the charter flights at all times. We ensure a higher standard by being meticulously attentive to all details. Every aircraft has a minimum Gold Rating from Wyvern/ARGUS, or an equivalent rating for all non-U.S. based aircraft. In addition, Priester has an internal two-part safety program above and beyond any FAA requirements.

AVAILABILITY: Do you have guaranteed availability?
Absolutely. Because of our limited number of memberships, Echelon guarantees flight availability. Blackout dates may apply during holiday periods. Flights may be booked in less than 12 hours.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: What are your hours for customer service?
Echelon is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can respond to any request immediately.

FLIGHT HOURS: How many hours can I buy?
The type of jet you select will determine how many hours will fulfill your membership. We offer four levels of membership: Silver, $50,000; Gold, $100,000; Platinum, $250,000; and Black, $500,000.

JET LIMITATIONS: Am I limited to a single type of jet?
No. You are welcome to request the jet type that best suits your needs.

SPECIFIC JET REQUESTS: Can I request a specific jet in the fleet?
Absolutely. Depending on availability, we will do our best to ensure your requested jet is offered to you.

EXPIRATION: Does my membership expire?
No. Your membership never expires and remaining funds may be rolled over from year to year.

FUNDS: What happens to my remaining funds?
They are available to be applied to any membership renewal or upgrade.

HOURLY PRICES: What are your hourly prices?

CANCELLATION: What is your cancellation policy?
For Silver and Gold membership levels, if you cancel your membership entirely, a 15% cancellation charge of your remaining balance will apply. For Platinum and Black membership levels, a 1% cancellation charge of the remaining balance will apply.

For Silver and Gold membership levels, for flight(s) booked, a cancellation charge is 50% of the flight cost with less than 72 hours notice and 75% with less than 24 hours notice. For Platinum and Black membership levels, there is no cancellation charge for a flight booked.

ALL-INCLUSIVE: What is included when I fly?
There are no hidden costs. Your hourly rate includes all flight costs, standard catering and flight phone. There are no positioning fees and/or short leg charges.

POSITIONING FEES: Do I have to pay to position the jet?
No. There are no positioning costs.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Are there any extra charges?
Prices do not include applicable taxes and fees, fuel surcharges, deicing, international charges and additional crew (if required), which are determined for each flight performed and/or may not apply.

The U.S. Government charges federal taxes and fees on air travel and the prices indicated below are subject to change in accordance with the Terms and Conditions governing our jet membership program.
